David is certified in the Xactimate estimating platform and as an appraiser and umpire to resolve disputes. He started this PA firm with like-minded partners that are committed to serving the underserved communities and to make sure that all of our clients are made whole after a loss.
Jamicia is a former community activist, business manager, system manager, and data specialist from Louisiana. She has over 17 years of experience of management, and as a daughter and sister of several attorneys, a lifetime of legal defense assistant experience.
